NOTICE:
When entering records, if this is your first time logging you need to register and provide a User Name and Password and Email Address. Your User Name should be something easy for you to remember and will uniquely identify you. Your Password can be changed, if you wish, at a later date. Your email address is for contact purposes only and is also required if you wish to change your password.
You will then be asked for your actual Name (s) - first and second name - and your Name will appear exactly as you enter it on all Records submitted.
After you have registered, you will in future be asked to enter User Name and Password only when submitting records. But, you may elect to have this information stored on your computer [as e,g. for email to avoid entering details each time.]
You can change your password at a late date after logging in. You will find the link at the bottom of the page.

If you are having problems submitting records, check for a message at the top of your screen - your browser settings may be blocking you from the website database, or your may need to download Java Script which should be easy to do - just keep saying "yes" to questions asked!
If you are so unfortunate to have as browser Internet Explorer 8, 9 or !0, you may well be having difficulty due to ActiveX filtering.... security settings are complex. You can sometimes run Internet Explorer as ADMINISTRATOR. Right click your mouse on the icon on your desktop and select run as administrator ....
Mozilla Firefox may also require you to download JavaScript and click yes at each stage of downloading. Or you may need to check in your Tools/Internet options to ensure that Java is enabled or you can try Google Chrome! ...
Alternatively, probably the simplest solution, is to COPY and PASTE the address course put the address into your Favorites or Bookmark or put a SHORTCUT on your Desktop.
If all else fails then please email your records, with grid references etc. or text them to 087-2403402.
Forgotten Password?
If you have forgotten your password and get a new one, you
will find that it may be composed of hieroglyphics!
Highlight the new password itself (after the colon), copy by
right clicking mouse on text, paste into login box by right
clicking mouse and, once you have successfully logged in. go
to bottom of record form and change your
password to something more friendly ...
Grid References
When you are logged in to enter records, if you don't
have a grid reference, click on HERE below the grid reference box and a
map will appear. Zoom in on your locality and click on
site and grid reference will be shown on top right hand side of screen.
By clicking on SATELLITE on top corner of map you get
additional detail that will help you to find site.
